Technical Support and Training Resources



MSLN Help Desk

If you encounter technical difficulties during an ATM session, the MSLN Help Desk can be reached via the IP phone in each ATM room by selecting the MSLN Help Desk button on the quick dial, or by calling 1-888-367-6756 or 561-3587 on a regular phone.

The Help Desk is open from 7 AM - 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM - 5 PM on Saturdays.




DOE ATM Training

If your site would like to participate in DOE training opportunities, contact David Patterson at David.Patterson@maine.gov or (207) 624-6779 to arrange a training session.



Further Training

If your site has already received its contracted allocation of DOE training opportunities, and you would like to receive additional training workshops, contact Anne Perloff at anne.perloff@maine.edu or (207) 561-3584 to arrange a training session at your school that will provide your staff with a training program catering to their specific needs.
